Shooting makes me happy

I had an amazing shoot yesterday with Bob, I am in love with the shots. He's a magic man. :) We'll be shooting again soon. The location won't be around forever.....

New shoot

I've been working my ass off with crazy weight training... literally and figuratively. In any case, I had a shoot recently to benefit breast cancer research and we had studio time to play with afterward. So I played.... The thing I am most happy about is that these are "raw" images, meaning low res, no photoshop. Yep, that is my abs without digital help. :) Not bad after 3 kids.... :)

 I haven't edited these yet, but here are a few raw images from last weekends shoot. Apparently I still clean up pretty nice and you can see how crazy long my hair is now. :)

I shot with Josh Coffman today. I think this is our 4th or 5th shoot since 1999, we go way back. In any case, we shot up in Anaheim at the rocking Wonderland studios and I can't wait to get the pics back. I took a few in the dressing room between sets...

Okay, I got in front of the camera for the first time in forever. I clean up fairly nice still. :) I have officially fallen in love with Bob Zandiegh all over again. The man is magic. And I'm feeling better about being 30 now. A little.

I have a few shoots lined up in the coming months so far with me as the photographer. I am enjoying the reversal, though I never thought I would get paid to take pictures. I will be posting a sample of some of the shots I did last week. I can't upload them from work obviously. At her request we shot entirely in B&W, these were an anniversary present (lucky guy, huh?) 2 of the upcoming shoots are looking for a similar style. I have a maternity shoot coming up next.

In other photography news, I have a few shoots coming up for myself as well before the first of the year. I took a couple year hiatus for pregnancies but have decided to go back to doing what I love. I'll post some of those to my modeling galleries as they happen. I am very excited for next month, it is with a photographer I have worked with several times over the years. A lot of my published fine art work was his amazing pictures.

I will post as I shoot, both in front and behind the camera. :)
